[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]本专栏交流范围为：清、民区、新中国（封、片、简、特殊邮戳、老明信片、集邮文献、邮集等）邮品；[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]
[font=宋体][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman][color=#000000]二、
[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]请出品人将邮品表述清楚连同报价清单一式二份寄至本会，经本会确定后，通知出品人；[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]

[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]需购邮品的邮友请仔细阅读本交流专栏的邮品说明文字和图片，确需购买请书面或电话直接向本会进行咨询（本会会员可电话确认、非会员请书面确认，并留联系电话和地址）；[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]
[font=宋体][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman][color=#000000]四、
[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]本交流专栏表现的售价为人民币（元），购到邮品的邮友在得到确认后，请于[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]个工作日内将邮品款及邮费一同汇至指定帐户或邮局汇款；[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]

[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]交流品如未成交不收取费用，与交流结束后挂号寄还出品人，交流品成交后收取会员[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]5%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]、非会员[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]8%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]服务费，邮寄费用由出品人承担；[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]

[/color][/font][/size][/font][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=15pt]交流专栏邮品本着来电或来函，先后顺序原则，先到先购，出品人提供的交流品登陆后，如有人对某项邮品提出质疑并经本会认可后，本会有权取消此项交流品的交流，并通知出品人，如有法律纠纷，起诉和仲裁地为常州市。[/size][/font][size=15pt][/size][/color]
